We fit six support agents into a space that used to hold four, and the 5x2 corner layout is the reason it works. Each person has their own semi-private nook, so calls don't bleed into each other the way they did with our old open desks.
The glass panels make the space feel less closed off than our old solid partitions, which the team appreciates. My only gripe is that assembly took most of a weekend, but the 5×2 corner layout really does save floor space in our call center.
