The backing grips the floor without any adhesive sliding, and the striped pattern hides scuffs better than our old solid tiles. Installation took us an afternoon for a 200-square-foot break room, and the texture feels like a woven fabric underfoot rather than standard commercial carpet.

Installed these in my office lobby and the striped pattern gives the floor a modern edge that clients keep commenting on. The textile composite texture feels surprisingly durable underfoot, like it’ll hold up to daily foot traffic without showing wear.

The stripes line up cleanly across the seams, so the office floor reads as one continuous pattern instead of a patchwork. They’ve held up fine under chair wheels for a month now, though I wish the edges were slightly more forgiving when cutting around corners.
